Track your order

Every dispatched order gets a consignment tracking number. There are two places to find yours.

Ordered online

Your order history holds the tracking number against each order, along with the invoice and the dispatch date.

View your orders

Ordered by phone, email or through a wholesaler

The consignment tracking number is on your invoice, which we email at the time of dispatch. Check the address you gave us when you ordered, including the junk folder if the invoice has not arrived.

Still cannot find it

Call us on 1300 071 378 or email sales@connectedswitchgear.com.au with your order or invoice number and we will track it from our end.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Delivery is normally one to five business days Australia wide. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for freight charges and delivery terms.
